Dwayne Watterman is a motivated high energy speaker, trainer, certified mediator, life coach and consultant who’s passion is to inspire individuals, students and businesses to reach their full potential. An eternal optimist, big picture thinker, problem solver and sought after team builder who believes all things are possible if you believe. 

 

Dwayne is a successful leader in both the for profit and non profit sectors. He has over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical marketing/education industry as a Senior Account Director. He is a facility director for the New Jersey Reentry program for Hudson County helping individuals return from prison, jail and/or probation reintegrate themselves back into society. He is a successful director, trainer and team builder domestically and internationally. He is the pastor and COO the growing Continuous Flow Christian Center church in Jersey City, NJ. He is the CEO of Life Tough Inc. where he looks to improve the lives of all people through life skills training especially through his International podcast “Life Tough”available on all streaming platforms.
